The breakfast was good, with lots of choices.
I found the staff communication poor. Check-in was a nightmare. Instead of 3 PM, I got a room at midnight. I was traveling with a toddler and one staff member was the worst. He called me a liar, although his seniors assured me they were trying to give me a better room.

The location is very convenient for beach access. The rooms are quite spacious.
I booked interconnecting rooms and was told upon arrival there were none available. It took two days of requests to resolve this, delaying the start of our vacation and the customer service reps seemed robotic and lacked empathy.

I really liked that the hotel had variate restaurants with good quality. its amazing location also impressed me. my children appreciated the kids club. It secure hotel for them. the pool was big and very clean. That helped me relax. we all liked how safe it was
the kids club staff member had a very rude manner. she also had an unfriendly attitude when we arrived. i observed that she showed an annoyed face. this.

the valet parking guys showed hospitality. they demonstrated their professionalism and care. i liked the way the employees greeted us. they were really helpful in every request we made and also seemed very polite.

the hotel had air purifiers on floors. this is an amazing feature that i appreciated a lot. there were many cabanas at the beach area, and all cabanas were free of charge. we spent great time here.
